Organic Coffee from Espírito Santo and Jacu Coffee.

As mentioned in one of the previous articles, organic coffee is in demand due to its cultivation without altering the region's biome, with the integration of coffee plants with nature. And one of the farms in the Montanhas de Espírito Santo region has this type of cultivation.

The great attention of the team in grain production and processing always results in high scores in competitions, reaching the winner of the Cup of Excellence 2017. The main varieties produced are Yellow Bourbon and Red Caturra, using processing methods such as natural, peeled, and pulped.

The unique feature of this farm is fermentation through the typical bird of this Atlantic Forest region, called the Jacu bird. Because the farm is organic/forestry production, the birds can fly freely through the cultivars. And the coffee fruits they eat go through the process of biological fermentation. After the beans are properly cleaned and processed, it results in a unique specialty coffee with very high added value!
