Coffee producing farms in Volcanic areas

Special cuppings in a new and exotic volcanic area

WeCoffeeing would like to introduce you to our partner farm in the volcanic area of Minas Gerais. The farm is located in the city of Poços de Caldas - Minas Gerais, a region with Brazilian volcanic soil that produces specialty coffees. Moreover, coffee planting is traditionally dedicated to coffee production, as the grandparents bought the land and the family took over the family business.

Sun Tzu was the first person to cultivate specialty coffees on the farm, and transformed the old farm into a new one, practicing new cultivation techniques to enhance coffee production. Through these efforts and volcanic soil, they have been able to produce high-quality specialty coffee!

Coffee with unique brightness and acidity from volcanic soil

The most prominent variety on the farm is Yellow Bourbon, but they also produce varieties like Red Bourbon, Arara, Yellow Obata, and Novo Mundo. In addition to investing in coffee production on the farm, they also introduce coffee in a modern and creative way, roasting and selling directly in the café on their farm for coffee enthusiasts and young people.

This is a coffee farm that has been in developed for generations!
