Minas Gerais Farm, Famous for Its Specialty Coffees Last updated: July 9


The southern region of Minas Gerais is one of the most famous places for high-quality specialty coffees. The high altitude and average annual temperature give it a fruity, tangy, and citrusy flavor profile, making it favorable for producing full-bodied coffee. We would like to introduce you to the farm of some Koreans who are our partners "WeCoffeeing" in the area.



Since the couple became managers of the coffee plantations, coffee production and quality in specialty have significantly improved, leading to good results in recent championships.



What makes this farm even more special than others is that it has coffee fermented in a cave. Furthermore, the farm innovatively researches farm production methods to produce excellent quality coffee, always investing and embarking on new ventures .



To make the younger couple's farm more artistic, they harnessed the producer's skills to have a glimpse of art on the walls, structures, and machines scattered throughout the farm! In addition to coffee production, the farm also has a warehouse and coffee processing equipment. We own these warehouses and processing units to support local producers through cooperatives. This is because it is absolutely necessary for small producers to sell and export coffee, in addition to providing logistical services.



Beyond the quality of our coffee, we hope that many producers can assist small farmers through cooperatives like this couple!
