4 Generations Producing Quality Coffee

The following farm is managed by a WeCoffeeing partner producer and is located in the Quindio region. The family has a coffee tradition of 4 generations, going through experiences with various coffee processing methods, achieving fermentation processes that have won national awards and participation in international-level competitions.

The main cultivated variety is Castillo, an experimental variety created in Colombia. On this farm, they are grown alongside aromatic trees that provide shade, giving the coffee floral aromatic notes.

Along with the guidance of Mr. Victor Cerón, a specialized professor in the field of coffee planting, production, and processing, it was possible to gain a deeper understanding of the processing methods used in the region for coffee, and the new processing alternatives being studied in research centers.

Through the integration between producer families and advances in coffee cultivar research, Colombian coffee culture evolves every day!
