We met a coffee farmer who was a manager for two years. As a manager, he explained that this place is geared towards young people today. Due to the difficulty of coffee production, it requires a lot of work, so we focus on educating young people so that they can learn to love, cultivate, and care for the land, teaching cupping, baristas, etc. On the other hand, the focus is on women's rights.
